Requirements

• University degree or relevant work experience
• 5-7 years of experience with enterprise-scale software solutions or consulting services delivery
• Proven leadership skills in complex, transformative projects, with responsibility for leading project teams and delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget
• Ability to create plans and priorities for both project delivery and customer resources
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with a track record of affecting change through engagement
• Excellent interpersonal skills; strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Fluency in English and Portuguese or Spanish is required

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to scope and budget
• Navigate complex organizations of large enterprises to build consensus and execute programs despite ambiguous risks and challenges
• Maintain project governance with internal and customer stakeholders, managing day-to-day planning, execution, scope, expectations, risks, timelines, and quality results
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Delbridge's engagement and project delivery methodologies
• Lead project meetings, owning the agenda and outcomes
• Manage scope, change controls, customer expectations, and timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or experience with PMI PMBOK or Scrum methodologies is beneficial
• Strong working knowledge of Agile framework and related practices
