Summary

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience managing global IT projects, preferably in financial services or related industries
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in: Linux and Windows system administration and upgrades, Citrix administration and upgrades, Networking (LAN/WAN), Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware Cloud (VMC), Disaster recovery and business continuity planning, Experience transitioning workloads to hybrid/public cloud environments
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence, ServiceNow)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in high-pressure environments
  • Experience working in remote and distributed teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of global IT infrastructure and cloud projects
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, track progress, and mitigate risks
  • Ensure alignment with business continuity and disaster recovery strategies
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification
  • Experience in banking, hedge funds, asset management, or investment banking
  • Knowledge of ITIL or service management frameworks
  • Exposure to regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services
  • Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
