Project Manager

Summary

The job is for a Project Manager in the Product Development team of Gate.io, a top 10 global digital asset exchange. The role involves managing projects, standardizing and improving project management processes, identifying and resolving risks, and ensuring project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 5 years of relevant industry research and development type project management experience
• Possess project management skills such as research analysis, complex project decomposition and planning, risk identification and handling, resource coordination, and virtual team organization
• Strong learning ability and self-motivation, familiar with common software development processes and related IT knowledge
• Strong teamwork consciousness and management skills, proactive, good communication and coordination abilities, team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, high stress resistance, and good professional ethics

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle: requirement clarification, scheduling, execution, monitoring, change management, release, and closure, responsible for the successful delivery of projects
• Implement and standardize project management processes, and improve existing processes
• Identify and resolve risks in the project, provide reasonable solutions, and actively promote organizational process improvement and efficiency enhancement

Preferred Qualifications

Possess PMP or CSM certifications (preferred)
