Summary

The Project Manager at GeorgeJon is responsible for developing and managing technology projects to improve customer satisfaction by maintaining an overview, communicating tasks, and coordinating the planning, delivery, and implementation of projects. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in project management, strong organizational skills, communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years’ experience applying cross-functional project management methods and techniques in a technical-services or similar organization
• Project Management Professional certification and other relevant education or credentials preferred
• Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
• Skilled in planning and preparing written communications
• Strong communication skills including active listening and the ability to keep cross-functional team members aligned to a common goal
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
• Ability to self-manage, balancing personal workload with capacity
• Service awareness of all organization’s key services for which support is being provided
• Knowledge of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide services
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage technology projects for customers
• Maintain an overview which communicates tasks, milestone dates, status, and resource allocation
• Regular internal communication and cadence calls with the goal that clients are kept updated
