Summary

Join CENSUS, an internationally acclaimed Cybersecurity services provider, as a Technical Project Manager in their Organization Security Services team. Responsible for formulating and executing service delivery strategies that align with CENSUS' quality standards, working closely with clients' security teams on various projects, and ensuring successful service delivery to clients.

Requirements

  • MSc or BSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years of experience in computer security related role
  • 2+ years of experience in technical project management in a role related to information security

Responsibilities

  • Work with our clients to understand their requirements and scope, size & plan the corresponding technical activities to efficiently meet those (consulting, assessments, audits, evaluations)
  • Receive high-level task & product descriptions and decompose them to smaller & well-defined technical activities, which are then assigned to the corresponding security engineering & consulting teams
  • Lead project’s technical team within the scope of the engagement
  • Document and outlining the identified security risks in both technical and business-oriented language
  • Conduct technical QA and present to both technical and business audiences, the technical team deliverables (findings, technical reports, observations, improvement recommendations, operational methodologies, etc.)
  • Build and develop relationships with cross-client teams and partners
  • Own & drive the continuous improvement of the technical quality of the project team deliverables
  • Ensure client satisfaction and business growth by communicating lessons learned and key success factors to the business development team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in complex computer systems, large scale information technology implementations and technical cyber security terms
  • Experience with reviewing organization security architectures & engaged technologies
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically on how to assess the deployed security systems of an organization
  • Experience in Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Assessment, Red Teaming and Purple Teaming security assessments
  • Business skills to understand the implications of any weaknesses that are identified by the technical teams and draw conclusions
  • Experience in the security aspects of multiple platforms, operating systems, software, communications, and network protocols
  • Experience with managing technical teams. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience with stakeholder management for security engineering deliverables
  • Experience working with international teams located in other regions and time zones worldwide
  • Excellent leadership, ownership, problem solving skills, and willingness to learn/grow
  • Excellent spoken and written communication to explain your methods to a technical and non-technical audience in English and in Greek
