Project Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in large-scale SaaS delivery projects, with a focus on multi-stakeholder management
• Strong blend of business and technical acumen, with the ability to balance client and tech perspectives
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English; proficiency in German is a plus
• Adaptive, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining structure in challenging situations

Responsibilities

• Lead an implementation squad of engineers, a solution architect, and a subject matter expert in the delivery of Gorilla and client solutions
• Align all project stakeholders on the project plan and do everything it takes to make a project work
• Serve as the bridge between technology, engineering, and utility experts
• Manage people skills to motivate and drive people towards delivery
• Identify challenges, risks, and improvements on the fly
• Capture project requirements, define milestones, and agree on an approach to deliver our solution
• Lead and motivate internal & client stakeholders through the project delivery process

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Energy & Utilities sector is highly desirable
