Project Manager

Summary

Join Helium SEO as a remote Project Manager contractor based in Argentina! This role centers on ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard. You will coordinate teams and processes, manage project timelines using ClickUp, and maintain clear communication with team members and clients. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of project management experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with project management software. While experience in SEO, social media, and content marketing is a plus, the position offers flexible hours (20-30 per week) and remote work. Note that this is a 1099 contract position and does not include benefits.

Requirements

• 2+ years of project management experience
• Familiar with project management software platforms (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Trello, etc.), methodologies and best practices
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask, manage project timelines, and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform well with or without detailed directions
• Flexible and adapts to ever-changing strategies and deadlines
• Displays critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to create solutions

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage client campaign timelines, coordinate tasks, and communicate status updates with team members to achieve superior results for clients within project deadlines
• Must be able to manage workflow on a daily basis using the project management system ClickUp to assign tasks to team members and assist in schedule management
• Ensure all team members are aligned on project requirements, scopes, proposed timing, objectives, and action plans
• Ensure clients’ needs are met as projects evolve (emphasis on clear & professional communication)
• Efficiently oversees project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time
• Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members to maintain project momentum and address any challenges promptly
• Create and share progress reports regularly, highlighting project achievements and successes to keep clients informed and satisfied
• Proactively identify and tactfully address any project-related issues, maintaining professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach at all times
• Ensure all project outcomes meet or exceed our high standards, contributing to our reputation for excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing SEO, social media, content, and local search marketing campaigns a plus
• Experience in creating and managing multiple project timelines
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, demonstrating strong communication skills
• Proficient with Google Analytics, AdWords, HubSpot, and other industry digital marketing tools
• Able to work 20-30 hours per week
