Project Manager

Summary

Join Holycode's Carauktion team as a Project Manager, focusing on requirement engineering and end-to-end project execution within their fully remote environment. You will own the project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to final release, ensuring smooth progress through the Product Development Pipeline. Responsibilities include conducting requirement engineering, following up with development teams, identifying and escalating bottlenecks, and working closely with stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent German and English communication, and the ability to work autonomously. Requirements

• Motivated self-starter with a strong drive to follow projects through to completion
• Strong ability to work autonomously in a 100% remote environment
• Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the entire lifecycle of a request – from requirement gathering to final release
• Conduct Requirement Engineering to define clear specifications for development teams
• Ensure smooth project execution. keeping tasks moving through the Product Development Pipeline
• Follow up with development teams, remove roadblocks, and support them in delivering on time
• Identify and escalate bottlenecks when necessary to ensure project success
• Work closely with stakeholders, providing updates and gathering feedback
• Maintain project progress using Jira and apply Kanban methodologies effectively

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in project management is beneficial, but career changers and junior candidates with the right mindset are encouraged to apply
