Project Manager

Summary

Join INDG as a Project Manager/Producer in our Fashion vertical! You will oversee CG imagery, 3D/2D animations, and experience projects from inception to completion for major brands like Adidas and LVMH. This role demands a passion for digital technology and CGI, coupled with a strong understanding of product management. You'll manage project budgets, resources, and teams while building client relationships. A fashion industry background is a plus. INDG offers a dynamic environment blending technology and artistry, creating hyper-realistic digital product experiences.

• Experience in a similar role in a fashion, CGI or other environment
• Excellent communication, time management and presentation skills
• Highly structured way of working and documenting
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Be the integral connection between our clients and our studio
• Manage multiple projects with varied scopes, complexities and requirements
• Carefully manage project budgets, resources, time & reporting
• Manage numerous internal and external production teams, simultaneously
• Confidently manage stakeholder expectations and commitments
• Ensure the achievement of timelines, schedules and deadlines
• Building and enhancing the relationship with clients
• Building expertise in CGI delivery
• Weekly resource planning in alignment with studio
• Supporting sales processes in project scoping and drafting quotes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the fashion industry (apparel, footwear, accessories) and familiar with product creation and go-to-market processes
• Experience with managing complex, technical projects from start to finish
• Knowledge of traditional project management methods as well as Agile approaches. Relevant certifications are always well received (Scrum Master, Prince II)
