• Proven experience collaborating with international clients

Responsibilities

• Document a clear scope of work and deliverables within agreed budgets
• Communicate with clients and document all key decisions
• Plan projects, allocate resources, and schedule team workloads, including third-party coordination
• Manage timelines and budgets effectively
• Ensure smooth transitions between sales, production, and support teams
• Maintain a central repository of project information (communications, files, assets, etc.)
• Report to clients and internal management, keeping stakeholders updated

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering website projects and understanding the typical web project lifecycle
• Familiarity with common web platforms and terminology
