• Leadership capability to manage and lead project teams effectively
• Strong communication skills required for client interactions, proposal writing, and conducting team qualification presentations
• Familiarity with MS Office, BIM (Building Information Modeling), and Revit is essential
• A demonstrated commitment to sustainability in engineering practices

Responsibilities

• Guide project teams through complex industrial and scientific projects from inception to completion, ensuring technical excellence and practical execution
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements, presenting proposals and updates effectively
