Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Management, ideally within Growth Marketing or related digital marketing fields
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methods, and techniques
• Prior experience leading teams and managing conversations with internal clients
• Proven track record of using an integrated approach to project planning and management
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA and Monday.com

Responsibilities

• Manage growth marketing initiatives across Lightspeed’s core product lines (retail, hospitality, golf) to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Lead multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams like product, sales, and analytics
• Turn marketing briefs into structured project plans with clear requirements, timelines, and risk management strategies
• Prioritize initiatives, balancing resources and timelines with high-impact projects
• Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams to align on messaging and creative assets
• Track project progress using tools like JIRA and Monday.com to ensure timely, on-budget delivery
• Standardize processes to eliminate bottlenecks, reduce waste, and improve productivity
• Contributing to the broader team to help achieve organizational goals, even if it means taking on tasks outside the scope of your role
