Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Financials β Project Management & Consulting
- Multi-Project Handling: Ability to manage multiple short-duration projects simultaneously
- Team Coordination: Strong experience in teamwork-driven implementation and cross-functional collaboration
- Software & Implementation Exposure: Hands-on knowledge of internal software solutions and Oracle Financials
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers, consultants, and internal teams
- Accountability & Follow-Up: Ability to chase open items and ensure timely resolution across departments
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple short-duration projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery
- Lead Oracle Financials implementation projects with a structured approach
- Define project scope, objectives, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders
- Ensure smooth handover between consulting teams and implementation teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and consultants
- Maintain clear and structured communication regarding project status, risks, and changes
- Proactively follow up on open items with internal departments to avoid delays
- Oversee teamwork in Oracle Financials implementation and ensure best practices
- Work closely with internal software teams to integrate solutions effectively
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation
- Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor for delays, conflicts, or roadblocks, resolving them efficiently
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior management as needed
- Hold internal teams accountable for action items and deadlines
- Provide regular updates to management on project status, KPIs, and risks
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference
