This fully remote position (in designated U.S. states) offers dual responsibility for project scoping and delivery for enterprise clients. You will manage all project aspects, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. As the primary point of contact for stakeholders, you will manage teams, budgets, and risks. This role requires strong project management skills, experience in Healthcare IT, and excellent communication abilities. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience
  • Proven 3-5 years experience as a Project Manager in Healthcare IT
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Effective leadership and team management abilities, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation principles
  • Ability to work with multi time-zone teams in both the U.S. as well as Eastern Europe

Responsibilities

  • Triage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on providing a comprehensive scope based on client’s desired outcomes
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan, including defining project goals, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budget requirements
  • Identify and document project dependencies, risks, and constraints
  • Assemble a project team with the necessary skills and expertise
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, and provide guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
  • Act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Establish effective communication channels and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Provide regular project updates and reports
  • Develop and manage the project budget, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost control
  • Allocate and optimize project resources, such as personnel, equipment, and materials, to achieve project objectives efficiently
  • For subscription clients ensure appropriate documentation and processes are followed
  • Identify and assess project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Proactively monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle and take corrective actions when necessary
  • Monitor project progress against the project plan, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget
  • Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during project execution
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations
  • Implement quality control processes and perform regular quality assessments
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, change requests, and meeting minutes
  • Generate and distribute project reports to stakeholders, providing insights into project performance and milestones achieved

Preferred Qualifications

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or other relevant certifications
