Project Manager

Summary

Join RELEX Solutions, a hypergrowth company, as a Project Manager in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Pricing & Promotions. You will be responsible for successful software implementation, defining project strategy, acting as the first escalation point, ensuring KPI, time, and budget requirements are met, managing communication with stakeholders, handling invoicing and ticket processing, and supporting pre-sales activities. Requirements

• You have at least 1 year of experience in project management and leading software implementations
• You bring experience in stakeholder management
• You have experience in change management and are persuasive in this area
• You have good leadership skills as well as very good interpersonal and communication abilities
• You are fluent in English, ideally you also speak German and/or Polish

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the successful implementation of the RELEX software and defining the project strategy
• You will act as the first escalation point in projects and ensure that all requirements regarding KPIs, time, and budget are met
• You will be responsible for smooth communication and ensure that all relevant stakeholders are informed about the project progress
• You will handle invoicing to the customer as well as timely and orderly ticket processing
• You will support in pre-sales phases by providing insights into project plans and strategy as well as resource planning

Preferred Qualifications

Ideally, you understand SCM , Manufacturing and Pricing & Promotions systems from both a business and IT perspective
