Requirements

  • Possess a valid certification in program management
  • Have 10 years' experience in a project management role including developing project plans, managing budgets, and leading multi-functional teams
  • Have 8 years' experience managing changes to healthcare services including creating project plans and liaising with clinical stakeholders
  • Have 3 years' experience leading a team in healthcare system analysis and redesign, including surgical process flows, intake and governance
  • Have 3 years' experience implementing, upgrading, or operating Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and electronic ordering functionality
  • Have 5 years' experience implementing large transformational projects in including organizational and service redesign projects
  • Have 1 year of experience implementing, upgrading, or operating electronic lab or medical results reporting solutions in a healthcare environment
