Project Manager

Summary

Join Shared Health as a Project Manager for a contract position in Winnipeg, Manitoba with the possibility of extension. This role requires extensive experience in project planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring, as well as business analysis, network infrastructure deployment, business case development, and security assessments. Candidates must demonstrate at least 8 years of project management experience, 5 years in business analysis, and 3 years in managing healthcare network infrastructure deployments. Specific experience with Office 365 deployment, Privacy Impact Assessments, and security assessments is also required. The contract runs from March 17, 2025 to December 31, 2025, with a potential extension to March 31, 2026.

Requirements

• Have 8 years' experience developing project plans and budgets, monitoring project performance against tolerances, and reporting progress to the project steering committee
• Have 5 years' experience in a business analysis role performing analysis on current state and future state business processes, identifying gaps, and making gap recommendations to stakeholders
• Have 3 years' experience as a Project Manager overseeing the deployment of network infrastructure designed to support healthcare facilities and hospitals
• Have 3 years' experience developing business cases. Experience should include the identification and analysis of alternative solutions as well as the development of metrics and indicators to measure expected benefits
• Have 2 years' experience deploying Office 365 in a large (>5000 users) organization
• Have 2 years' experience developing Privacy Impact Assessments for information systems
• Have 2 years' experience developing security assessments to analyze software systems for vulnerabilities, potential threats associated with those vulnerabilities, and evaluating associated security risks
