Requirements

  • Employer will accept a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Management Science, Business Administration or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a project management-related occupation
  • Define the objectives and key metrics upon which a project will be evaluated and tracked for progress and success
  • Execute and monitor the progress of SaaS projects and adjust planning as necessary to ensure a successful outcome
  • Manage Agile technical projects using Project Management tools: Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Sharepoint and Smartsheet
  • Maintain budget estimates, project time frames and status reports
  • Serve as a point of contact for multiple teams collaborating on the same project to ensure project coordination

Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior Project Manager in managing and coordinating team projects
  • Coordinate and keep track of SaaS customer lifecycle events like upgrades, deployments & migrations
  • Contribute to management of pre-defined checklists /project plans
  • Manage team projects and tasks through Salesforce and Jira ticketing system
  • Prepare for & attend project meetings as needed. Update Slack & Teams channels with Meeting Notes
  • Investigate and understand the basis for every line item on our cloud infrastructure invoices
  • Find anomalies in usage and Cloud spend patterns and give quick feedback in order to course correct
  • Optimize performance to spend where you need to and redistribute resources
  • Suggest areas for improving spend by finding better rates or improved technology
  • Collate data from various Site Reliability systems, analyze patterns and create actionable tasks for continuous improvements for the Site reliability team
  • Prepare Service usage and error dashboards
  • Able to occasionally work off hours for planned maintenance or unplanned emergencies as needed
