Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with IT project management
  • 5 Years
  • Demonstrated experience with IT business and functional requirements gathering
  • 5 Years
  • Demonstrated experience creating a Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit for IT vendors
  • 5 Years
  • Strong communication skills
  • 5 Years
  • Demonstrated Experience with Microsoft Project, Office 365 applications, including SharePoint, and MS Teams
  • 5 Years

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate working sessions, touchpoints, and related project meetings using agile principles
  • Lead business and functional requirements gathering and translate into technical specifications
  • Organize and manage development tasks and activities across the application lifecycle
  • Support and facilitate staff and end-user testing sessions
  • Update high-level project tracking tool weekly (Touchdown) and MS Project
  • Write and maintain project documentation and templates
  • Contribute to production of key artifacts, tools, and systems such as a design library
  • Support and facilitation of project documentation and templates

  • PMP Certification
