Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, consulting, strategy, or operations roles, preferably within a technology, SaaS, or hospitality environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Ability to take ownership of projects, work autonomously, and demonstrate initiative to drive change
  • Skilled in identifying issues, assessing risks, and finding creative solutions to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, financial modeling, or KPI tracking to support data-driven decision-making
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com) and productivity software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of multiple strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with objectives, and measurable results
  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, allocate resources, manage timelines, and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Assist the Senior Director, Corporate Strategy & Operations in developing and refining long-term strategic plans, ensuring that key initiatives are on track and aligned with SevenRooms’ objectives
  • Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement across the organization, implementing best practices to enhance operations and increase overall performance
  • Act as the key liaison between departments and the leadership team, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and opportunities
  • Analyze data to assess project outcomes, measure success, and provide actionable insights that drive continuous improvement
  • Anticipate potential obstacles and proactively develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and within scope
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and progress reports, ensuring stakeholders are informed throughout the lifecycle of each project

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification

The On-Target Earnings (Base + Bonus) range for this role is $127,600.00 - $148,500.00
