Join SlashData, a leading market research company, as a full-time Project Manager based in Greece and working remotely. You will manage all aspects of client project delivery, primarily focusing on market research projects. Requirements
- Have a background in project management, business administration, engineering or a related field
- Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Possess excellent organisation, time management and problem-solving skills
- Have stellar attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Have excellent command of English (both written and verbal)
- Possess very good interpersonal and client management skills
- Have at least some prior experience with the Google Workspace suite (Docs, Sheet, Drive etc.) and project management tools, ideally Monday
- Be comfortable working as part of a distributed team across four continents
Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of market research projects (quantitative, qualitative, user research, competitive market analysis etc.) end-to-end, to ensure completion as per the agreed scope, on-budget and on-time
- Work closely with account managers and research analysts in the team to understand clientsโ research objectives discussed during the pre-sales stage
- Create, keep track of and update project plans, manage the allocation of resources effectively for the project implementation
- Identify potential risks (e.g. scope creep, delays etc.) and propose risk mitigating actions and monitoring
- Track the project budgets, monitor the project costs against budget allocations and identify deviations, and provide regular updates on the budget status to stakeholders
- Monitor the project activities and deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
- Design and maintain KPIs on a project basis and monitor projectsโ progress and health
- Manage the communication with all involved stakeholders, both external and internal, on the project scope, timelines and upcoming deliverables
- Schedule and manage the project calls with stakeholders, both with clients and also internally, updating everyone involved on the project status, keeping notes and summarising agreed actions
- Regularly check in with clients to update them on deliverables and next steps
- Set up and maintain project documents and communication channels
- Manage the project post-mortem meetings to collect feedback from involved parties and creating reports on lessons learned / things that could be improved
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience in managing market research projects, ideally in the tech industry
- Have experience with quantitative or qualitative research, competitive market analysis or user research
- Possess basic data analysis and visualisation skills
