Requirements

• Ideal candidates have completed previous corporate internships
• Strong background and interest in Finance, especially Corporate Finance and M&A
• Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and capable of efficiently executing tasks
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Business fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Contribute to high-level corporate finance projects involving mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration in particular in the financial and accounting domain
• Support integration of proprietary systems, including ERP-related processes
• Assist in establishing and managing contract management processes, along with B2B invoicing, from the ground up
• Work closely with various teams across the organization to ensure seamless financial operations and system integrations
• Assist in the enhancement of financial systems and processes within the company

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with B2B contract management and invoicing processes is a plus
