Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related field
• At least 3 years of proven experience in a project management role, preferably within an international or regional context
• Experience managing projects in Hospitality, Travel, or Lifestyle sectors, including product launches, marketing initiatives, or operational improvements
• Background in supporting executive-level leadership in complex organizational structures
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, PMO standards, and process improvement methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and work programs
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for successful project delivery
• Support teams by removing roadblocks and ensuring smooth execution
• Maintain PMO standards, oversee roadmaps, work plans, and risk management
• Analyze and enhance processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Implement best practices and governance frameworks across teams
• Act as the central point of support for all project deliverables and reporting
• Partner with key stakeholders to define project scope and execution plans
• Provide timely updates, track savings, budgets, and highlight risks
• Align project objectives with regional business priorities
• Facilitate clear communication between teams and leadership
• Operate independently, making informed decisions to drive business success

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or CAPM certification is a plus
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma)
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project)
• Strong understanding of industry trends in Travel, Lifestyle, Tourism, or Finance
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
• Strong PowerPoint skills (e.g., presentation design, data visualization)
• Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven business solutions is an advantage
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Strong ability to build relationships and influence decision-making
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
• A proactive, hands-on approach to solving problems independently
• Fluent in English (C2 level); additional German language skills are an advantage
• Experience working in multicultural environments, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and awareness
• Background in Luxury Client Service or high-net-worth client management is a plus
