Summary
Join We Are Rosie as a Creative Project Manager for a 4-week contract (with potential extension) working remotely, managing creative projects for a fast-paced tech company. You will oversee the project lifecycle, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong project management skills, experience with creative workflows, and excellent communication abilities. The position is remote but requires adherence to PST working hours. The contract pays $70/hour for 15 hours per week, starting March 10th and ending April 11th.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative, marketing, or agency environment
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and creative strategy
- Strong understanding of creative workflows, including design, copywriting, and content production
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for creative deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing weekly status updates on project progress, changes, and roadblocks
- Work closely with designers and copywriters to set clear priorities
- Track project milestones, manage timelines, and proactively adjust schedules as needed
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive solutions are in place
- Facilitate kickoff meetings, status emails, check-ins, and post-mortems to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
- Maintain and update project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, etc.) to ensure visibility and accountability
- Partner with internal teams to streamline creative workflows and improve processes
- Communicate scope changes and potential bottlenecks to stakeholders and leadership
