Summary

Join a private Christian university as a Marketing Project Manager! Responsibilities

  • Marketing Project Planning and Oversight
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans
  • Manage creative production timelines, approvals, and asset delivery across campaigns
  • Cross-Team Coordination and Communication
  • Coordinate efforts among writers, designers, digital media specialists, and external vendors
  • Facilitate meetings, status updates, and ensure alignment on messaging and deadlines
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Marketing Division and internal clients
  • Project Monitoring, Reporting, and Optimization
  • Track project milestones and deliverables using project management tools (e.g., Hive)
  • Monitor and report on project performance, timelines, and resource utilization
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow efficiency within the division
