Project Manager, Creative & Brand

Requirements

• 3-5 years of previous experience in a project management role
• Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides and Forms)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Proven track record in managing creative projects
• Self-directed and comfortable working on a variety of projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Google Calendar
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving, organizational, and analytic skills
• Ability to travel for work, approximately 5 times a year
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for the Creative & Brand department
• Drive successful completion of multiple project streams simultaneously
• Facilitate collaboration across departments including but not limited to marketing, game presentation, and partnerships, ensuring clear communication of objectives and deadlines
• Communicate project needs, status, updates, and any issues to creative teams to keep projects on track
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams, partner agencies and external suppliers to support project success
• Serve as a point of contact for all project-related communications
• Coordinate regular project meetings to present and discuss prepared project reports, including updates, schedules, and procedures
• Traffic creative assets to various departments, inside and out of the organization, for approvals, proofs, scheduling and delivery
