  • Accessible and client oriented
  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masterโ€™s preferred)
  • Proven experience in brand management or marketing roles, preferably within the tech or financial services sectors
  • Decent understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
  • Experience in professional services marketing, public relations or corporate communications โ€“ knowledge and experience of a sector approach is a plus
  • English drafting, writing and editing skills - with experience drafting for a variety of channels including internal and social media
  • Understanding of media, news and editorial priorities
  • Manager multiple projects, coordinate processes and ensure meeting deadlines with further full stake reporting on metrics and ROI
  • Experience with, and an understanding of, social media and metrics analysis
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • English level - C1
  • Comfortable with technology; understands applying AI tools for marketing communications
  • Filming and video production coordination skills - ToR for the video montage, time codes, scenario drafting for campaign
  • Experienced in searching for effective references, ability to clearly communicate and explain creative concepts
  • Experience ordering landing pages and ability to coordinate every step of development
  • Clear understanding of print, design and graphic production processes
  • Ability to work outside of core business hours as needed

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's vision and market trends in the cryptocurrency sector
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitive positioning, and emerging trends in crypto payments
  • Define and communicate the unique value proposition of the crypto payment gateway to differentiate it in the marketplace
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing platforms
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns that promote the brand and its offerings, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, customer support) to create cohesive marketing strategies
  • Follow up on brand health indicators to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Utilise tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to track engagement and conversion rates
  • Work closely with product development teams to ensure that branding aligns with product features and user experience
  • Liaise with external partners, agencies, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility
  • Build and nurture relationships within the cryptocurrency community to foster brand loyalty and advocacy
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and forums to represent the brand and gather insights from key stakeholders
  • Manage the marketing budget for brand initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI
  • Monitor expenses and report on budget performance to the Lead of Brand and HOD
  • Stay informed about industry regulations related to cryptocurrency and payment processing to ensure all branding efforts comply with legal standards
  • Collaborate with legal teams to address any branding or advertising compliance issues
