Requirements
- Expertise in designing and/or implementing project management processes, with a background in project management or research program operations
- Proven ability to manage and deliver complex technical projects on time and within scope
- Background in or advanced degree in Statistics or related fields, or demonstrated experience working directly on and/or supporting data science or research teams
- Exceptional time management and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficient with computer technology, project management software (Asana, Jira, etc), Google applications (Spreadsheets, Drive, Docs, etc), Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc)
- Comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks, and highly organized
- Team player with a problem solving attitude
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate large-scale survey research and analytics programs, ensuring projects are executed effectively and on time
- Drive collaboration between data science, polling, and analytics teams, aligning efforts to deliver satisfactory results to clients and act as the communication bridge between BlueLabsβ data scientists, pollsters, and analyst teams to ensure smooth and rapid execution of research initiatives
- Lead and/or manage coordination with clients, ensuring effective and timely support and communication
- Facilitate team collaboration using a suite of tools such as Asana, GitHub, G Suite, etc
- Other duties as assigned
