Project Manager Junior

Summary

Join our team as a Junior Project Manager to assist in planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related field are appreciated, preferably within a creative or agency environment
• Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and clients
• Attention to Detail: Keep attention to detail and accuracy in managing project documentation and deliverables
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving issues, with a focus on finding solutions and driving project success
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proficient knowledge of English and Italian

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of creative projects, from initiation through to completion
• Work closely with project managers and other team members to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Monitor project progress, track deadlines, and manage schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, design, marketing, etc.) and external vendors to ensure all aspects of the project are executed smoothly
• Maintain and update project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and status reports
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and team members, ensuring all parties are informed of project developments and changes
• Identify potential project risks and issues, and assist in developing mitigation strategies
• Support project managers in organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and managing project-related communications
