You will manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple software roll-out projects, encompassing system integration and data migration. This customer-facing role requires extensive experience in software implementation and managing complex IT projects. You will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and control of projects, ensuring they meet cost, time, scope, quality, and compliance requirements. Requirements
- Possess extensive experience working as a client-facing Project Manager implementing software
- Have a proven track record when it comes to working across multiple complex IT projects
- Have extensive client-facing experience and the ability to manage multiple external & internal stakeholders
- Experience in managing projects with significant system integration and data migration components
- Experience in working in a distributed team environment, managing remote, offshore, and cross-functional teams
- Certified PRINCE2 practitioner, Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work within both Agile and Waterfall PM methodologies
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver projects to the agreed cost, time, scope, quality, and compliance constraints whilst following internal governance processes and principles
- Be able to manage budgets, producing financial forecasts and delivering without variation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in highly regulated industries, with experience in the Education or Libraries domains advantageous
