Project Manager - Logistics Coordinator

Summary

Join Zelh, a rapidly growing outsourcing company, as a Project Manager to lead large-scale logistics and technology installation projects across the U.S. You will manage 10–20 field technicians, oversee technology installations (5,000–10,000 units), and act as the key escalation point for issues. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and experience in logistics and tech installations. Fluency in both English and French is mandatory. Requirements

• 2+ years of project management experience (preferably in logistics or tech installations)
• Proven experience in logistics, particularly in trucking, support, or sales on the US logistics market
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must
• Fluency in French (spoken and written) is a must
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage schedules and large-scale deployments
• High attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Experience with conflict resolution and priority management

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and scheduling for 10–20 field technicians
• Oversee office and in-vehicle technology installation projects (5,000–10,000 units)
• Act as the key escalation point between technicians, customer support, and clients
• Develop and maintain project schedules within deadlines and budgets
• Communicate proactively with clients, providing updates, reports, and resolutions
• Define and improve internal escalation and issue-tracking workflows
• Support the future integration of app-based issue reporting systems
• Maintain accurate service documentation and ensure Velogic data accuracy
• Assist with billing and reporting for service agreements and time & materials services

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce or CRM experience
• Post-secondary education
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PMI-SP, PSP)
• Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and workflow systems
