Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools
  • EMR/EHR experience required
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to align projects with strategic goals and business objectives
  • Sound understanding of financial management and budgeting principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers
  • Assigning projects, providing guidance, and monitoring progress to ensure that project goals are met
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Understanding of overall health of all projects for this role’s aligned team
  • Partner with Peer Team Managers to collaborate on Professional Services team and project initiatives
  • Serve as a cornerstone for PM team working through client commitments, escalations, or additional support as needed
  • Able and willing to lead projects as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales representatives, software engineers, learning and development specialists, and product developers, to ensure excellence within the implementation process
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Identify training needs and support professional development initiatives for team members
  • Holding consistent 1:1’s
  • Supporting career pathing
  • Identifying development opportunities
  • Facilitating performance management and coaching plans
  • Driving team culture

Preferred Qualifications

PMP Certification a plus
