Requirements

• Experience in a similar role in a fashion, CGI or agency environment
• Experience with managing complex, digital and/or creative projects from start to finish
• Hands on character and problem solver at the core
• Knowledge of traditional project management methods
• Highly structured way of working and documenting
• Always have the client’s best interest in decision making
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Be the integral connection between our clients and our studio
• Manage multiple digital projects with varied scopes, complexities and requirements
• Carefully manage project budgets, resources, time & reporting
• Manage numerous internal and external production teams, simultaneously
• Perform ongoing quality control on deliverables, spotting and correcting visual and technical inconsistencies
• Build long-term client relationships through clear communication, trust, and a solutions-focused mindset
• Supporting sales processes in project scoping and drafting quotes
