Operations Project Manager

Summary

Join TED's Audience Strategy & Growth team as a part-time Operations Project Manager! In this 15-hour-per-week role, you will support the execution and oversight of marketing campaigns across web and email. Responsibilities include building ad placements, executing campaign setup across TED's tech stack (SailThru, Hubspot, Salesforce), and collaborating with marketing teams for optimization. You will also work with stakeholders to gather materials, produce ads, and ensure accurate data collection. The position offers remote or NYC-based options, with compensation ranging from $50-$65/hour.

Requirements

• Strong familiarity with project management and planning tools, like Airtable
• Familiarity with building or managing ad builds across email and Web, with specific experience in Sailthru
• Familiarity with HubSpot
• Familiarity with Mixpanel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Build ad placements across key marketing levers including email and TED.com
• Execute and oversee campaign setup across TED’s tech stack, including SailThru, Hubspot and Salesforce
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet performance goals
• Work with stakeholders across Product, Brand Creative and the Marketing team to gather materials, produce ads, QA and test
• Maintain all tracking & infrastructure across various channels and platforms to ensure accurate and compliant data collection & processing (UTMs, Chartable pixels, etc)
