Project Manager, Product Operations

Summary

Join StackAdapt, a self-serve advertising platform, as a Project Manager, Product Operations. You will play a crucial role in driving cross-functional initiatives within the product team, focusing on enhancing documentation (including GenAI), streamlining research management, and optimizing feedback systems. This role champions operational excellence, ensuring smooth execution and continuous improvement of processes. You will report to the Manager of Product Operations and work remotely from anywhere in North America. StackAdapt offers a remote-first work environment and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in project management and documentation for a product team
• Strong understanding of product development process, preferably in a technology-oriented industry
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Leadership capabilities and the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, SQL, Thoughtspot, Pendo and Google Workspace
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Lead the documentation efforts and track progress for cross-functional projects within the product team, including the development and implementation of the GenAI initiative
• Enhance and standardize documentation processes to improve accessibility and consistency across the product division
• Streamline research management systems to ensure efficient organization, utilization, and impact of research insights
• Optimize and maintain the feedback management system to capture, analyze, and act on user and stakeholder feedback effectively
• Serve as a champion of efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements to drive operational excellence across the product team
