Requirements

  • Proven expertise in project management and documentation for a product team
  • Strong understanding of product development process, preferably in a technology-oriented industry
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Leadership capabilities and the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, SQL, Thoughtspot, Pendo and Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

  • Lead the documentation efforts and track progress for cross-functional projects within the product team, including the development and implementation of the GenAI initiative
  • Enhance and standardize documentation processes to improve accessibility and consistency across the product division
  • Streamline research management systems to ensure efficient organization, utilization, and impact of research insights
  • Optimize and maintain the feedback management system to capture, analyze, and act on user and stakeholder feedback effectively
  • Serve as a champion of efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements to drive operational excellence across the product team
