Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a consulting, product operations, operations or data role running complex projects with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders
• A strong growth mindset. You are biased to action, resilient and a self-starter who is excited about tackling new challenges and always keeps the user in mind
• Tech-savviness: You are not one to shy away when it gets technical. You enjoy learning new tools and enjoy writing your own queries and scripts to get the job done
• A good listener and consensus builder with the ability to make hard decisions when required
• A data-driven approach to decision making wherever possible
• Exceptional written and verbal skills with fluency in English (Bonus points for love of emojis 😎). You’re a great communicator and easily build relationships cross-functionally across internal and external stakeholders
• Embraces uncertainty and displays a high level of adaptability
• Is willing to learn and open to accepting feedback, generously giving their own in return

Responsibilities

• Run technical integration projects of new Airline partners and Enterprise Forwarder customers from solution design to launch
• Enable the cargo.one expansion strategy by supporting our market launches and making our supply globally accessible to freight forwarders
• Highlight feature gaps with our airline partners and drive adoption projects in order to maximize the offering potential on cargo.one
• Simplify and automate key monitoring and investigation processes to enable our internal teams and Airline partner to monitor performance efficiently
• Specify and implement tooling to improve our internal operations and performance monitoring
• Actively communicate within the organization making sure all the technical and business stakeholders are aligned in our ongoing projects
