Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a product operational role closely aligned with product and engineering teams
  • 3+ years of experience with financial products, such as PSP, wallets, expense management, AML tools, credit & collections or credit/debit cards
  • Passion for delivering an outstanding user experience and the ability to develop a deep understanding of complex products and their use cases
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to push back when necessary, build strong relationships, and effectively manage multiple senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data analysis, BI tools (SQL, Looker, Snowflake, Datadog, Excel/Sheets) and superior presentation skills
  • Strong empathy for user problems and the ability to build effective solutions that address their needs
  • Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Problem-focused and solutions-oriented mindset, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and a hands-on approach

Responsibilities

  • Lead large cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing the product
  • Lead product operations for Fintech, defining and owning processes between Fintech product teams and other teams (FinOps, FinCrime, TechOps), as well as PSP and other banking partners
  • Assess and validate products from a financial point-of-view, understanding payment flows, accounting settings, and consequences of late payments, dunning and collection
  • Proactively seek information to solve conceptual problems and contribute to building and refining the product
  • Drive the go-to-market strategy and lead global rollouts of the fintech product
  • Investigate and analyze issues related to the fintech product, identifying root causes and designing effective solutions
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of operational systems and processes that optimize the efficiency and scalability of fintech operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • General technical knowledge of software development processes, particularly designing and building integrations
  • Strong SQL skills and superior presentation skills to effectively communicate insights and recommendations
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, product-driven tech company
