Requirements
- Master’s degree in Project Management or a relevant technical field/equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience leading software implementation teams or similar roles in SaaS environments
- A background in electronics, construction, or chemicals
- Strong understanding of software implementation processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation or project management within a software-related environment
- Experience managing complex data-driven projects where systematic approaches are key
- Ability to analyze and optimize software implementation strategies
- A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges
- Residing in and legally permitted to work in the EU
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Project Managers, ensuring successful software deployment and customer satisfaction
- Oversee and coordinate software implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope
- Develop and maintain implementation best practices and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project execution
- Serve as the primary escalation point for project-related issues, ensuring rapid resolution and customer satisfaction
- Establish clear communication channels with customers and internal stakeholders to align expectations and project goals
- Ensure the continuous improvement of software implementation processes, identifying opportunities for optimization
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering professional growth and development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, to enhance the overall implementation experience
Preferred Qualifications
Professional Project Management Certification from an accredited institution preferred
