Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Project Management or a relevant technical field/equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading software implementation teams or similar roles in SaaS environments
  • A background in electronics, construction, or chemicals
  • Strong understanding of software implementation processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • 3+ years of experience in software implementation or project management within a software-related environment
  • Experience managing complex data-driven projects where systematic approaches are key
  • Ability to analyze and optimize software implementation strategies
  • A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges
  • Residing in and legally permitted to work in the EU

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Project Managers, ensuring successful software deployment and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee and coordinate software implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope
  • Develop and maintain implementation best practices and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project execution
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for project-related issues, ensuring rapid resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Establish clear communication channels with customers and internal stakeholders to align expectations and project goals
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of software implementation processes, identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering professional growth and development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, to enhance the overall implementation experience

Preferred Qualifications

Professional Project Management Certification from an accredited institution preferred
