Join Veeva Systems, a leading life sciences industry cloud company, as a Team Manager to lead and grow the Lead Consultant practice in Europe. Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Support, Consulting, or Product Management
- 5+ years of experience in an Operational or Support Leadership role and the ability to build and run a team
- 2+ years of experience directly managing cross-functional teams and/or managers
- Proven track record leading implementation and/or IT operations as a consultant, business analyst, or IT lead and/or business sponsor, technical affinity, and/or hands-on experience with software implementation
- Ability to handle customer escalations, finding an agreement, and reaching Customer Success
- Proven ability to work both independently and in teams in a dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- University degree or equivalent relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Leading a customer-facing team, including resource planning, oversight,t and development of the professional growth of direct reports
- Ensuring that our offerings are sustainable and serve the best interests of our customers
- Working closely with the R&D Services Practice Leads and Account Partners to ensure we have the right talent driving and delivering our programs
- Providing program oversight and monitoring, including executive relationship management
- Planning and oversight of new offerings and customer pipeline for Europe
- Ensuring service delivery in alignment with program standards
- Contributing to internal initiatives and operations of the EAM business to improve our ways of working globally
Preferred Qualifications
- Good understanding of SaaS and GxP principles
- Experience in Transition Management and/or Program Governance
- Experience in Pharma Quality (QC/QA), Clinical, Regulatory, and/or Safety (Pharmacovigilance) spaces
- Experience with Data or Content Management applications
- Direct experience with systems such as Veeva Vault, Documentum, D2, OpenText, SharePoint, FirstDoc, FirstPoint, NextDocs, CARA, MasterControl, TrackWise QMS, BioClinica, IMPACT, Siebel CTMS, Wingspan eTMF, InForm EDC, RAVE, docuBridge, Global Register, goBalto, or other QMS, CTMS, RIM, RegIntel, EDC, LMS, eTMF, Study Start-up (SSU,) or Safety applications
- Fluency in more than one European language
- Home location in Hungary or Poland
