Summary
Join Tuotempo, a leading healthcare CRM, as a Project Manager Team Leader! You will provide strategic direction to a project manager team, define project objectives, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities include managing your own projects, coordinating system integrations, designing project requirements, and ensuring customer onboarding success. You will also track KPIs and optimize processes. This role requires a degree in a relevant field, 5+ years of project management experience (2+ years leading teams), and strong communication and leadership skills. Requirements
- Undergraduate or masterβs degree (preferably in computer science, engineering, business, or related fields)
- At least 5 years of of project management experience on hospital software or other enterprise software (CRM, ERP, etc.) projects, with 2+ years leading teams
- Exceptional organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Strong ability to build trust and rapport with team members and stakeholders
- Proven ability to take ownership to take ownership while providing status updates, seeking assistance, and escalating issues promptly
- Proven track record of managing projects with multiple stakeholders, particularly with external clients
- Experience in business analysis or system-to-system integration
- Superior communication skills, including the ability to manage, influence, negotiate, and communicate with external business partners and internal teams effectively
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to mentor, inspire, and cultivate a high-performing team
- Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English for seamless communication within an international team
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and guidance for the project manager team
- Define clear project objectives and deliverables, be able to revise it if it is needed
- Motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing project team
- Be able to support and solve problems coming from the team, escalating technical issues
- Track progress, identify and address roadblocks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Manage own projects: Onboard, integrate, train and contribute to the success of our enterprise customers
- Coordinate a seamless and fast process of systems integration with internal and external parties
- Design all project requirements and perform all tasks accordingly
- Create a delighting onboarding experience for the customer with easy to understand, step-by-step explanation, including the user acceptance and user training
- Ensure optimal utilization of all tools
- Overview and manage the onboarding portfolio of several enterprise B2B clients in parallel
- Be able to optimize processes and propose improvements
- Manage and track the main KPIs from the department ensuring goals achievement
