Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in promotions, customer engagement, or retention (preferably in gaming, sports, or tech)
• Passionate about sports and eager to learn more about the gaming industry and retention strategies
• Comfortable with data analysis and eager to learn SQL for customer insights and campaign reporting
• Enthusiastic about contributing to team efforts and growing within a collaborative environment
• Detail-oriented, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a high-impact role

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of promotional and retention campaigns to enhance customer engagement
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, providing actionable insights to the team
• Use SQL to pull and analyze customer data, helping to refine retention and promotional strategies
• Collaborate with senior associates and managers to execute campaigns focused on CRM, sportsbook, and customer engagement
• Contribute to the creation and execution of targeted campaigns, with a focus on customer retention and reactivation
• Learn and grow within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, gaining hands-on experience in sports gaming retention

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM platforms like Braze or Optimove
• A basic understanding of SQL or the desire to learn it for data analysis
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Looker, Sigma, or similar
