Property Management Training Specialist

Summary

Requirements

• Proven experience in training and development, with a background in Property Management
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Strong research abilities to find and utilize relevant training content
• High empathy and understanding of effective teaching methodologies
• Experience with Yardi or similar platforms

Responsibilities

• Identify and address gaps in training content and materials to boost productivity
• Research and integrate new training supplies and materials to improve training procedures
• Lead training programs to support new employees through onboarding
• Communicate effectively with on-site staff and team members to meet training needs
• Develop and manage executive and leadership programs for lower-level employees
• Customize training programs to resolve specific issues and enhance learning
