Property Manager

Summary

The job is for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support the Property Management team. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
• Proficient in using property management software, specifically Smoobu and Yaago
• Familiarity with task management tools like Breezeway
• Experience with listing platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO
• Strong knowledge of email marketing tools like Mailchimp
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva for creating marketing materials
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in property management or real estate
• Familiarity with Excel for data management and reporting

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of Yaago software to create well-designed guidebooks for each property
• Ensure seamless integration of information from our Property Management System (PMS), Smoobu, into Yaago
• Implement and manage Yaago’s operations/task management feature for our operations and cleaning team
• Extract client information (emails and phone numbers) from Smoobu and share it with our marketing VA
• Maintain and update the client database monthly or as needed for specific marketing campaigns
• Update and manage property listings on Airbnb and Booking.com
• Add properties to VRBO as we expand our listing platforms
• Automate client review requests using Smoobu’s built-in functions
• Monitor and optimize the automation process for improved efficiency
• Pull key performance metrics from Smoobu on a monthly basis (e.g., total revenue, ADR, OCC, LOS)
• Compile the data into an organized Excel sheet for review and analysis
• Assist in handling simple email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar software
• Collaborate with the marketing VA to ensure effective and timely campaigns
• Utilize Canva or similar design tools to create social media posts and marketing materials as needed
