Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience working in Residential Property Management
  • DMIRS Certificate of Registration as a Property Manager or Real Estate and Business Sales Representative registration
  • Western Australia Property Managers Registration

Responsibilities

  • Manage housing applications, assessments, and reviews
  • Leasing, ingoing, and vacating tenancy procedures
  • Routine inspections and PCR’s
  • Property maintenance management
  • Bonds and tenant damage cost recovery

Benefits
