Requirements

  • 5+ years in the manufactured housing industry as a Regional Property Manager or equivalent
  • Culture and personality fit
  • Ability to train new team members on our systems and processes
  • Experience in hiring, managing, leading, inspiring, and motivating teams
  • A genuine interest in working within, utilizing, and exploring new ways to use software and technology within the operations of all facets of real estate management
  • Ability to develop, implement, and refine processes from high and low levels
  • Ability to travel 25% of time for site visits to properties in assigned region
  • Ability to work remotely with provided tools and equipment

Responsibilities

  • Operate 6 - 8 communities, oversee 10 - 15 team members across 3-4 states
  • Operate within the β€œ52TEN Way,” our rockstar way of doing business
  • Onboarding and training new onsite Property Managers & Maintenance team members
  • Document control and file quality control for onsite Management teams
  • Assist in the creation of park strategy and work with property level teams to execute
  • Property level financial oversight (AR/AP/Budgeting)
  • CapEx projects (higher level oversight and financial approval)
  • Oversight of park owned rehabs, rental turns and vendor management
  • Ensuring compliance with requirements of local municipalities, state law, and insurance
  • Assist with property software setup (Rent Manager) and error control
  • Management of park owned home title inventory and liens for region
  • Background screening and approval/denial oversight of all prospective residents into our communities
  • Property document control (leases, rules/regs, violation notices) and adjustments
  • Assist with set up, due diligence, and preparing for properties being bought or sold
  • Home sales escrow management, document/process control
  • Lead and hold accountable the on-site property management/maintenance teams to our processes
  • Interviewing, onboarding, hiring/terminating of property level team members as required
  • Understand and guide decision-making at the properties when it comes to manufactured housing and RV landlord/tenant laws
  • Quarterly travel for site visits to parks within region or as needed
