• Reliable and able to earn bonuses for handling emergency calls

Responsibilities

• Respond to Airbnb guest inquiries and solve problems quickly
• Answer questions from potential guests to drive bookings
• Provide top-notch customer service to maintain our client's strong reputation
• During quiet periods, help with general contracting or real estate tasks for other businesses
