Property Manager

Join our growing company as a Remote Property Manager overseeing a portfolio of luxury short-term vacation rentals. This full-time, remote position requires 5+ years of experience in property management, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication skills. You will manage guest experiences, property operations, financial oversight, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time management skills and thrives in a remote work environment. Compensation is $20,000 annually (contractor position), with opportunities for growth. The position requires a weekend shift, 5 days a week, during daytime hours compatible with US business hours.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in property management, or vendor management, preferably in vacation rentals or hospitality
• Proven track record in guest relations and property operations
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in property management software

Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
• Collaborate with our concierge team to enhance guest satisfaction
• Ensure top-notch hospitality standards across all properties
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
• Implement preventative maintenance schedules
• Conduct routine property inspections
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
• Develop and manage property budgets
• Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records
• Optimize property performance and revenue
• Ensure properties comply with local regulations and safety standards
• Implement and maintain risk management strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends and legal requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA)
• Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, or similar platforms
• Is a self-starter with excellent time management skills
• Thrives in a remote work environment
• Has experience managing properties in the United States
• Has prior experience working remotely in similar property management or hospitality roles
