Proposal Manager

Summary

Join our team as a proposal writer with extensive experience in Federal proposals, specifically within civilian agencies like the USDA. You will be responsible for gathering information from various stakeholders and crafting compelling proposals for clients. This role requires 8+ years of Federal proposal experience and familiarity with software development writing. Shipley training and conference attendance are also required. The ideal candidate will have experience writing proposals for Federal civilian agencies, but not extensive experience with DoD or military agencies.

Requirements

• Gather content from project managers, software engineers, CTOs and put together as one and present to the client
• Possess 8+ years’ Federal proposal experience
• Have experience writing proposals for Federal civilian agencies
• Have experience with USDA (US Department of Agriculture) proposal writing
• Have experience in software development writing
• Have completed Shipley Training and attended conferences

Preferred Qualifications

Have limited experience with DoD, DIA, Army, Military, or Navy proposal writing
