Provisioning Coordinator

Summary

Join ConnectWise as a Provisioning Coordinator, supporting Sales and Post-Sales teams in the successful completion of licensing processes. You will oversee license provisioning to partners, review contracts, and ensure accurate license records. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve licensing issues and maintain database integrity. The position requires excellent customer service, strong teamwork, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Work location is onsite/hybrid/remote depending on location, with occasional travel.

Requirements

• Knowledge of general billing and contract terms and procedures

• Ability to deal with delinquent accounts
• Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to diffuse situations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools

Responsibilities

• Provides support to the cross functional teams, with a high attention to detail
• Processes sales contracts and orders keeping accurate records of all licenses and ensuring they are up-to[1]date
• Processes and manages license applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Resolves any issues or discrepancies related to licensing
• Responds to licensing inquiries and issues
• Conducts account research and analysis
• Helps in maintaining database integrity by following standard processes and procedures for data entry
• Escalates issues to the appropriate points as needed to ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Cross-trains with other team members to help provide relief when a team member is out or when workload sees higher volume than normal
