Summary

Join Experian's team as a Provisioning Coordinator and play a critical role in managing power of attorney documentation, address of record, and SIDES changes for client accounts. You will be responsible for contact management and overseeing daily client data operations. Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and state agencies to ensure efficient processes. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Unemployment Insurance POAs
  • Some knowledge of PEO POAs
  • Strong task tracking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with contact and data management systems
  • Exceptional interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision needed
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), PowerPoint, and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Create the process flow for power of attorney documents
  • Establish and maintain address of record and SIDES documentation
  • Resolve delays in the POA process, keeping everything on track
  • Maintain accurate client contact information
  • Oversee daily operations related to client data management
  • Communicate with internal staff and state agencies
  • Provide status updates for audit resolutions
  • Track tasks and follow up on alerts to ensure smooth operations
